Am I able to place a small order, or do you only deal in large volume?

At DNA Swag, we believe there’s no order too big, and no order too small. Every customer is equally important to us. While certain products will require a minimum amount, we will do our very best to accommodate any order you have!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Everything! We accept cash, cheque, and all major credit cards.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be ‘authorized’ for purchase once the order is confirmed, but we do not remove the funds until your order has been shipped!

What is your typical turnaround on orders?

Every item has its own separate production time listed on the site, which is the amount of time it will take to print your product once the approved artwork is received. Delivery time depends on your desired shipping method — either ground shipping, 2-day shipping, or next day shipment. If you have any concerns about delivery time, feel free to contact us! We love a challenge!

How do I check my order status?

We can’t wait to get your products to you! That’s why we’ll send you a tracking number as soon as we receive it.

Where do I send my graphics?

Simply reply to your order confirmation e-mail and attach the appropriate files, and we’ll take it from there!

What if I don’t have graphics already prepared?

Not a problem! Send us your concept or any ideas you have and we’ll work with you and our fabulous design team to create exactly what you’re looking for!

Will you provide a proof before the order begins production?

Yes! We will always provide a proof before production begins, and no products will be imprinted without first receiving your express approval.

When am I able to cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or change your order at any time before the order begins production. However, once items have been imprinted with your graphics, cancellations are no longer possible.

Will you keep my art on file?

Absolutely! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to order with us again.

Are you able to provide samples of the products?

We would be glad to accommodate sending you a sample of an item you’re considering free of charge! These are normally yours to keep, though in the case of a more expensive item we may ask you to return the product.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

Client satisfaction is our #1 priority at DNA Swag. If there are any problems with your order — print quality is not up to standards, the product is defective, or it is not in the correct quantity — please contact the DNA Swag office and we will do anything we can to make it right.
