    NEW for 2021, the Over-the-Cart grocery tote features durable plastic side bars and an elastic top that stretches to fit over most grocery carts and help keep you protected from germs. Easily wipeable 210d Nylon material to help maintain cleanliness. Open slash front pocket to hold coupons or personal belongings and durable carry handles for easy removal from the cart. Features a Velcro top flap to fold up the tote for easy storage when not in use.
